Our core service. We inspect and reseal the outside perimeter of your windows and doors. Each visit covers a set number of openings, and extra openings can be added at a per-opening price.
We remove the old sealant, inspect the joint underneath, clean and prep the surface, then reseal and tool the joint with OSI Quad sealant. We wash the window before we leave.
You get a written report of what we found and what we did, so you know the condition of every opening we worked on.
